That’s why we built a tool designed to strip the complexity out of our lives so we can restore our headspace!

Simplify helps us make improvements to how we go about our work, and can be achieved through simple daily activities that can change your habits over time.

This tool also provide ‘simplification recipes’ with step by step instructions to serve up a delicious redesign of workplace systems. These recipes vary in difficulty depending on how much you want to invest in simplification and how important it is for your workplace.

The app is based on the latest in psychological research, which is now showing us the impact of our complicated workplaces and lives.

Our Simplification Framework includes eight, evidence-based, areas of complexity in the workplace. These are: structures, products and services, communication, workflow, agile workplaces, useable information, uncertainty and job design.
